The Kick-off Meeting was held at the premises of Polis University on the 18th and 19th of March 2021. About 50 people attended the event, representing 16 partner organizations and institutions in the project.

Study visits for the best practices at EU partners will serve as a base for the protocols, which were
foreseen to take place during the first months of the project implementation. However, due to Covid-19 restrictions, visits were not possible to be realized as planned, and were then held online during the following timeline:

Study Visits
The Study Visits, as actually foreseen in the project proposal (but postponed due to the COVID circumstance) were realized on-site as follows:
- Study visit at the University of Brno, Czech Republic, from 08-11 May 2022
- Study visit at the University of Limerick, Ireland, from 20-24 June 2022
- Study visit at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens from 9-12 November 2022
